For the inquiry and order process of custom projects,it is usually will be:

1. The buyer have to provide by sending us the order details.

It usually includes an image to show what shape the buyer would expect, quantity, color, and the packaging request if there’s any. If any suitable shapes work, then we could recommend one based on what we agree on.

2. We make the mock-up according to the image as follows based on the customer confirmed, providing the relevant information such as size, color, price, delivery time, payment method etc.

If you use our stocked paperclip designs, then you could forget, and skip this step.

if the paper clip order is for some special or urgent event, then you’d better confirm with us in advance,so that we make sure to catch up with your schedule. After that, usually there will be an invoice sent in a proforma way or by Paypal in which it includes all the details and trade terms we agreed on.

4. A full or partial payment would be done before the mass production.

For the stocked shaped paper clips, you can directly buy from our website. The remittance will be automatically linked to the Paypal account to complete the payment.

For the orders in big amount of payment, we could allow customers pay 30 percent firstly as deposit, after the order is finished, usually the balance would be paid upon the confirmation of order status then it’s ready to ship.

For the small orders, usually it usually would be paid once for all upon the confirmation of all the order details.

5. We proceed to the production of the orders.

If customer asks for a sampling before mass production, then it would need take 7-10 days for the sampling additionally. And there will be a surcharge for this job.

For those orders in standard quantities such as thousands, or ten thousands, usually we proceed to the production directly which would usually need take about 12-15 days, and confirm the status of order's completion with high -resolutions photos before delivery. 

6. The buyer completes the payment upon the photos, or the copy of B/L.

7. We arrange the shipping, provide the tracking number. With that number, you could check the shipping status online any time.

8. Close the deal if all is OK.

Quantities

For the existing shapes on our website for which we have stocks,you could directly purchase from us in retailing quantities., and we would usually ship them out within 2-5 days.

For the custom shapes with the standard colors in our stock,the minimum quantity is usually 3-5 000 pcs per shape.

For the custom color with PMS color number(vinyl coated wire),the mini quantity would need start from 100 000 pcs per color per shape.

If you are not sure on quantity, or want to make the order based on price, you could advise us how many pieces (the quantity) you would expect to get,or the break quantities for us to offer the prices, so that you could make a comparison, and decide what to do from there.

 Colors

For the retailing quantities and the order in the quantity of thousands, usually we suggest customers to choose the colors from our standard color chart because, for small quantity, the cost of color-matching charge is really expensive. Here are the details:

Supported Shipping Methods

Courier: For the package whose weight under 50 kilograms (about 33000 clips),we usually suggest customers to have it shipped by courier.This is the safest,faster also the most economical way(for a certain quantity) to get the package in the destination.Most of the small orders apply to this shipping method if you are eager to get the package as soon as possible, the packages for a special event as well.

Postal Shipping via China Post: Sometimes you probably only want to get a few of these cute paper clips such as 30 pieces, 50 pieces, 100 pieces….while you have the enough time to wait for the arrival of the package. The default shipping way on our website to deliver the order is Airmail-China Post. It usually takes about 15-40 days to arrive. You also could have it shipped in a cheaper way: SAL-China Post (Sea And Land) which would possibly take about 2 months, sometimes terribly 6 months. This would be the cheapest way for small quantities, but it also causes a pain of this shipping way due to the low-efficiency. It is also not a suitable shipping method for the orders which are delivered for a special event.

Air Shipment: This is the shipping method for bigger orders. It would take about 10-14 days to arrive. In this way, it would need the customer who has no right to import has a shipping forwarder/trading company to assist to get the goods. There’s also a surcharge for the custom clearance and the risk that the goods is stuck in customs.

Sea Shipment: It is same with the air shipping as mentioned above.Just it would take about 7-30 days to arrive in the destinations.

Payment Methods

1.Paypal

For the products in our collection, you could directly buy them from our website.The default payment method is “Payapl Express Checkout”. This is the default payment method for all the shaped paper clips as posted on our website. When you are ready to check out, it will automatically link to your paypal account,or ask you to pay for with your credit card.

2.Wire Transfer

For big amount(usually over US $500),you could make the payment via bank transfer fully, or partially to save the handling fee. This method is suitable for big amount to save the banking fee for which you'd better inform us the remittance to make sure the payment will run successfully. It usually takes 1-3 workdays to arrive for wire transfer. The bank information of ours is as follows:
